Requirements for our Free Business Registration services

If you meet our requirements you can qualify for our services for free! You only pay the applicable Government registration fees if any.

Age

At the time of submitting your application you must be between 18 and 30 years of age.

Main Residence

You must have a residential address in any of the 78 municipalities of Puerto Rico.

Participation in Government Programs

You must be a participant in at least one (1) government program for low- or middle-income people such as:

FAFSA (Pell Grant)
PAN (coupons) or WIC,
VITAL (Reform),
Section 8 or Primary residence is in a public residential complex.

Check here if you have an account in SURI (Treasury Department) or if you do not have an account in SURI but have filed a tax return previously.

Business Information:

The applicant confirms that all provided information is true and complete. Odyssey Foundation Puerto Rico is not liable for incomplete or false information provided by the applicant. The applicant agrees that failing to meet the requirements will result in issuing the corresponding payment for the chosen business type application. Odyssey Foundation Puerto Rico reserves the right to cancel any application without prior notice if the candidate fails to meet the necessary program requirements. Incorporation certificates are issued by the PR Department of State and not by the Foundation. All provided information will be used for any purpose that Odyssey Foundation Puerto Rico deems necessary and will be securely stored for audit or future service purposes.
