LLC Registration

LLC formation includes:

Fees for filing an application for incorporation at the Department of State
Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Department of State of Puerto Rico
“Good Standing” Certificate issued by the Department of State of Puerto Rico
Employer Social Security Application (EIN)
SURI account opening for the LLC
Application for Merchant Registration Certificate
Support throughout your business development from the beginning with Odyssey Foundation Puerto Rico

COST: $500.00

*If you meet our requirements, this service may be free, just pay the Department of State application fee of $250.00.

Corporation Registration

The formation of a Corporation (INC., CORP.) includes:

Fees for filing an application for incorporation at the Department of State
Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Department of State of Puerto Rico
“Good Standing” Certificate issued by the Department of State of Puerto Rico
Employer Social Security Application (EIN)
SURI account opening for the LLC
Application for Merchant Registration Certificate
Support throughout your business development from the beginning with Odyssey Foundation Puerto Rico

COST: $400.00

*If you meet our requirements, this service may be free, just pay the Department of State application fee of $150.00.

Registry of Non-Profit Organizations

The formation of a Non-Profit Organization in Puerto Rico includes:

Fees for submitting a training application to the Department of State
Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Department of State of Puerto Rico
“Good Standing” Certificate issued by the Department of State of Puerto Rico
Employer Social Security Application (EIN)
SURI account opening for the foundation
Application for Merchant Registration Certificate
Support throughout your business development from the beginning with Odyssey Foundation Puerto Rico
Special price for requesting a tax exemption and recognition as a 501(c)(3) entity with the IRS.

COST: $255.00

*If you meet our requirements, this service may be free, just pay the Department of State application fee of $5.00.

We offer consulting services for your business, whether it be about the finances of your business, how to renew your registrations, how to apply for patents and permits, how to submit documents to the government, fill out monthly IVU forms and much more, we can help you!

Education and Educational Talks

Odyssey Foundation Puerto Rico provides educational services on business, leadership and organization in different educational institutions around the island. From what a business is to how to start your business and formalize your idea or startup.
